A Harford County native, Dr. Cullum truly calls this home. After graduating from C. Milton Wright High School, he attended Frostburg State University where he earned his bachelor’s degree in Wildlife Management. He then went on to earn his DVM degree from the Virginia-Maryland Regional College of Veterinary Medicine in Blacksburg, Virginia. After working for two years in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania, Dr. Cullum returned home to Harford County to continue his career. In 2010 he proudly opened Creswell Veterinary Clinic. In his spare time he enjoys camping, spending time with his three wonderful children, and working outdoors.
